To use your free wash simply visit our site with the registered vehicle anytime (we suggest during attended hours so you can receive the complimentary hand prep). Our yellow kiosk will read your number plate & apply the free wash automatically.
We have a wash guarantee – if you’re not happy with your wash, bring your car back and we’ll wash it again for free.
Our manual bays require a pre-authorisation amount, which will appear on your bank account as a pending charge. Depending on your bank, this should clear within 1–3 days. If you have any concerns or need further assistance, we’re always here to help!
